01 What is your return policy?

Unworn pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If the size is not right, we can exchange it. Write to us with your order number, or read the full returns & refunds note.

02 How long does shipping take?

Delivery is free across India. Metro cities usually arrive in 4–7 business days. Other cities usually take 7–12 business days. More is on shipping & delivery.

03 Can I track my order?

Your order number is on the thank-you page and under Orders in this browser. If the delivery window has passed, send us that number and we will look it up.

04 How do I care for my jewellery?

Put silver on after perfume and lotion, keep it dry, and wipe it with a soft cloth before it goes back in the pouch. The full routine is on jewellery care.
