Shipping & Delivery

Every Aurelune order is packed to be gifted and delivered across India with no delivery charge.

We deliver to postal addresses in India. At checkout, enter a full street address, city, and PIN code. We cannot leave a piece without an address you have confirmed.

• Metro cities are usually delivered in 4–7 business days after the order is confirmed.
• Other cities and towns in India usually take 7–12 business days.
• Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

A delay at the courier, a remote PIN code, or weather can add time. We will use the mobile number on the order if a courier needs to reach you.

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no cash-on-delivery fee on this website.

Pieces are sent in a pouch, ready to gift. You can add a gift note in the cart before checkout. The note is saved with the order on this device.

Your order number is shown on the thank-you page and under Orders in this browser. That list is the record of what you placed here.

If the stated window has passed, write to hello@aurelune.com with your order number. If a parcel is returned to us because the address or phone number was incomplete, we will write to you before sending it again.
