These terms cover use of the Aurelune website and orders you place for our silver jewellery.

The site is run by AURELUNE LLP. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include the price of the piece as listed. Product photographs are a guide to colour and finish. Silver can vary slightly from piece to piece.

An order is confirmed on this website when you see an order number on the thank-you page. The order, your contact details, and the delivery address are saved in this browser. Completing checkout does not charge a card or UPI account, and it does not by itself dispatch a parcel. Keep the order number if you later request a return.

Ring, bracelet, and chain sizes are described on the size guide. You are responsible for the size you choose. Engraved or made-to-order pieces, once confirmed, are prepared for you and are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or not as described.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or place orders in someone else’s name without their permission.
• Do not copy our photographs, product names, or layout for your own shop.
• Accounts are for your own use. Do not share a password.

The Aurelune name, logo, and product imagery belong to AURELUNE LLP. You may share a link to a product. You may not use the logo or photographs as your own.

We take care to list prices, sizes, and materials clearly. We are not liable for losses that come from entering the wrong address, choosing the wrong size, or clearing your browser data and losing the order record stored on that device. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by writing to hello@aurelune.com, the courts at the place where AURELUNE LLP carries on business will hear it.
